Return Policy

► Should you have any enquiries for the purchased products, please contact our Customer Services Department by email (info@justlikethis.me) within 48hrs. Customer Services will reply within 1-2 working days. No return if unpacked goods have been damaged/ problems reported after 48hrs.

        ※No refunds for any delivery charges. Customers are subject to outbound freight charges and return freight charges. 

        ※Please pack carefully before return and don't mark any sign on the packing.


►Man-made destruction would not be entitled to refund.

►Returns are not accepted if the product is not damaged

►Products that have been marked as "Semi-Quality Goods" would not be entitled to refund, unless the defects will affect the functionality
